With over 25 years of experience in real estate, Julia Hanson-Brown has built her career on integrity, local expertise, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. A lifelong resident of Monterey County, Julia brings an insider’s understanding of the community she proudly serves.

Specializing in single-family homes, Julia also has extensive experience with multi-unit and investment properties, making her a trusted resource for both first-time buyers and seasoned investors. Her in-depth market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and dedication to client satisfaction have earned her a reputation for excellence throughout the region.

Beyond real estate, Julia is deeply committed to her community. She has volunteered with numerous local organizations, but her heart has long been with the California Rodeo Salinas, where she has proudly volunteered for 41 years. Today, she serves as the Director of Bar Inventory for the Rodeo, contributing her leadership and organizational skills to one of Monterey County’s most cherished traditions.

Family is at the center of everything Julia does. She is happily married, the proud mother of two children, and the delighted grandmother of nine.
